Online sales can be traced back to mail order sales and therefore without the obligation of an invoice as provided for in Article 22 of Presidential Decree 633 of 1972, and without the obligation to issue a receipt as provided for in Article 2, letter oo), of Presidential Decree 21 December 1996, n. 696 .

Buyer
The Buyer expressly declares that the purchase is made for purposes unrelated to any commercial or professional activity carried out and undertakes not to trade in the purchased goods.
OBJECT AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
With this contract, Nana Lab S.R.L., through the website piazashop.com, sells and the Buyer purchases remotely, via telematic tools, the tangible movable goods indicated and offered for sale on this website and through its official sales channels.
The contract between Nana Lab S.R.L. and the Buyer is concluded exclusively through the Internet by accessing piazashop.com and following the procedures indicated on the website.
The purchase contract is considered concluded and binding when the Buyer completes and submits the online order form. The order summary page will display the details of the Buyer, the ordered products, the purchase price, any applicable shipping costs, the chosen payment method and the delivery address.
Upon receipt of the order, Nana Lab S.R.L. will send the Buyer an order confirmation by email and/or display a printable web page summarizing the order details entered by the Buyer.

DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS

Products are shipped in suitable packaging intended to protect them during transportation. Upon delivery, the Buyer is advised to inspect the package and immediately report any visible damage to the courier and to customer support.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY COSTS

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by local authorities may apply. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the Buyer will be informed as soon as possible by email and may be offered an alternative product, an updated delivery timeframe, or a full refund of any amount already paid.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Nana Lab S.R.L. shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, governmental actions or interruptions of telecommunications services.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, Nana Lab S.R.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or from delays in the execution of orders due to causes beyond its control.
In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled for reasons not attributable to the Buyer, the Buyer shall be entitled solely to a refund of any amounts paid.
Nana Lab S.R.L. shall not be responsible for fraudulent or unlawful use of payment instruments by third parties, provided that all reasonable security measures and industry-standard precautions have been adopted.
LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS, PROOF OF DAMAGE AND SELLER’S OBLIGATIONS
The Buyer shall be entitled to the rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws regarding defective or non-conforming products.
Any claim relating to a product defect must be supported by reasonable evidence of the defect, the damage suffered and the causal connection between them.
Nana Lab S.R.L. shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products, failure to follow instructions, normal wear and tear or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nana Lab S.R.L. shall not be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from force majeure events including, but not limited to, accidents, fires, floods, earthquakes, strikes, lockouts, transport interruptions or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond its control.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS
The Buyer undertakes to pay the purchase price according to the methods and deadlines specified during the ordering process.

Upon completion of the online purchase procedure, the Buyer is encouraged to save or print a copy of the order confirmation and these Terms and Conditions for future reference.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
